My first week in IH London is interesting, but I felt so tired. I have put too much pressure on myself. I am trying to adapt myself to the new environment in an open-minded manner. I think everything is good so far except I can't really understand other people's accent. My teacher Vicki told me that I would feel better 2 months later. Well, we'll see. lol
Auntie wasn't home this weekend. Therefore, my sister and I had to cook ourselves. And we bought some mushroom, vegetables and chicken thigh fillets to cook for 4 meals haha let's take a look at our dishes!!!!
The first meal we cooked- Friday dinner:
Fried mushroom and vegetables/ Pan-fired chicken thigh fillets/ Rice noodles with soy sauce and garlic
and we ate tomatoes after our dinner!
//Chicken marinated with soy sauce, chopped garlic, sesame oil and chili.//
Second- Saturday lunch:
Udon noodles soup/ Roasted chicken thigh fillets/ Roasted mushroom/ Kohlrabi salad.
//Chicken marinated with soy sauce and honey.//
Third- Saturday dinner:
Fried rice noodles/ Pan-fired chicken thigh fillets/ Boiled vegetable with soy sauce and shallot oil.
//Chicken marinated with soy sauce, chopped garlic, sesame oil and chili.//
The last meal we cooked- Sunday lunch:
